Tinnitus prevented with earplugs
In Norway where rock concerts are popular among the young people, 100,000 earplugs are to be distributed by the Norwegian Rock 'n' Roll Federation to prevent Tinnitus.
About 500,000 out of 4.6 million people, including 20,000 chronic sufferers, in Norway suffer from tinnitus.
The group's motto "Turn it up!" is now working on a new one -- "Rock against Ringing."
